Tudor Chibacu is an accomplished MRI Technologist from Romania who fled from a toxic environment marked by bureaucracy and corruption in an ex-communist country. After a brief stint in Ireland, he finally settled in Canada in 2011. Initially starting in retail, he later secured a role as an MRI Tech at KGH, where he shaped his career for over a decade. Kingston, where he resides, became more than just a home to him. It unveiled his passion for astronomy, and he decided to build his observatory. Tudor fused his photography skills with his love for astronomy, becoming an acclaimed Astro photographer, and exhibiting at the Isabel Bader Centre for the Arts. In Canada, he found not just a home but also solace under the stars, echoing, "A hobby is always good for the soul."
