Ceo arrived in Canada in 1957, seeking to evade military service in Italy. Settling in Windsor, he found work building a bridge, facilitated by the Caboto Soccer Club. Joining the club's team, Ceo's path intertwined with soccer and construction. In 1958, a carpentry opportunity led him to Kingston, where he framed houses during summers. By 1965, he married and established roots in Kingston. Facing job loss, Ceo ventured into entrepreneurship, partnering with a friend to build houses. Tragedy struck in 1972 with his wife's passing, leaving Ceo to balance business and family. Despite struggles, Ceo thrived, eventually parting ways with his business partner to focus solely on construction, retiring in 1995. Despite the initial language barrier, he built a successful career, finding fulfillment in entrepreneurship. At 87, he remains active as the Italian Club's treasurer, a testament to his enduring legacy.
